Returns & Refund Policy

Fast Pass University provides digital education products and live instruction. Because our products are delivered electronically and our sessions are scheduled one-on-one, the terms below explain how refunds work for each type of purchase. Please read carefully before you buy.

Digital Downloads

This includes state law study guides, cheat sheets, practice exams, quizzes, and any other downloadable or instantly accessible materials.

All sales are final. Because these products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable. If you have a technical problem accessing a file you purchased, contact us and we will make sure you get what you paid for.

Online Courses

This includes our Life & Health and Property & Casualty pre-licensing exam prep courses.

If you have not yet accessed any course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you have opened, started, or viewed any portion of the course, the purchase is non-refundable, since the material becomes fully available to you at that point.

We do not guarantee that any student will pass a state licensing exam. Exam outcomes depend on the state, the individual, and factors outside our control. Refunds are not issued based on exam results.

Tutoring & Coaching Sessions

This includes one-on-one tutoring, coaching, and any scheduled live session.

You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before its start time at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions that have not been used or scheduled may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
